Hi Friends - While I’m disappointed with the election results, I’m so proud of this campaign and everything it stood for and thankful for the outpouring of support we received along the way. I hope it inspired others to go for big things. I will still work to make sure Franklin County has the re-entry docket it deserves. Congratulations to Mr. Brown and I wish him the best.

And that’s a wrap on 21 days at the Board of Elections talking to voters. Thankful for all the people I’ve been able to talk to and words of encouragement along the way.

Did you know that Franklin County is the only large country in Ohio that doesn’t have a dedicated reentry docket?

I’ve spent the past 6 months observing the other counties to learn best practices, and how reentry dockets create positive change for our community, which is why I’m so passionate about creating one for Franklin County.

And in my time working in the courthouse, it’s clear to me how much of a benefit this would be. As your judge, I plan to bring this to fruition and to serve our community with empathy.

The success of our community depends on your vote. See you at the polls on March 19th.

This campaign is for every woman who felt called to do work that matters. Who had to show up in the arena time and time again. Who had to face adversity and uncertainty. Even when she was beyond qualified for the charge.

When I think about the incredible community that has rallied behind this campaign my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

A very special thanks to Virginia West and District West for inviting me into their home to share more about this race and why their voice matters.

All along, my work has been centered around representing voices that need a bigger megaphone. There’s so much work to do, but I feel certain we can do it together.
