✨ TODAY is bigger than a drink… it’s about impact.
We’ve been selected as the Nonprofit of the Month at Cabarrus Brewing Company and tonight is our Mission Monday event! 🍻
From 5–8 PM, every beer poured helps support the work we’re doing through Tiny House Big Movement—creating pathways to attainable housing, advocating for change, and building opportunities that don’t always get handed to our communities.
And I’m going to be real for a second…
This isn’t just a feel-good event.
👉 We NEED support.
👉 We NEED community.
👉 We NEED people who believe housing should look different.
So whether you come grab a drink, bring a friend, or just pull up to show love—your presence and your dollars matter tonight.
Let’s turn conversations into action.
Let’s turn a Monday into momentum.

Kim was a force—visionary, determined, compassionate—and she poured her heart into people, community, and purpose. While our hearts are heavy, we are also incredibly grateful for the village that has surrounded her children, family, and this work she loved so dearly.
Many have reached out asking about funeral arrangements and ways to support Kim’s family. Service details and memories may be found here: https://www.birchettemortuary.com/obituaries/kimberly-delaney/ #!/TributeWall

📌Statement from Tiny House Big Movement📌
It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that Tiny House Big Movement mourns the passing of our beloved Executive Director, colleague, and friend, Kim Delaney, who passed away on yesterday, January 26, 2026.
Kim was a powerful force—brilliant, driven, compassionate, and deeply committed to service. She was a visionary leader who believed fiercely in people, in community, and in doing the hard work required to create lasting change. Kim poured her heart into Concord, a city she loved deeply, and she worked tirelessly to help shape a future rooted in dignity, opportunity, and housing solutions that serve the whole community.
Above all else, Kim was a devoted mother. She leaves behind her two children, Zion and Harpar, who were the center of her world and the driving force behind everything she did. Her love for them was evident in every decision she made and every dream she pursued.
Kim was also a survivor—strong in ways many never saw. She had previously battled cancer lived with a rare blood disorder, Amyloidosis, and at the end, end-stage kidney failure, which meant she carried significant pre-existing health conditions and was unable to obtain life insurance. Despite these challenges, she showed up every day with courage, grace, and an unshakable commitment to helping others.
At Tiny House Big Movement, we are currently engaged in active partnerships and development work in Concord—projects that Kim helped shape and believed in deeply. We remain committed to continuing this work, carrying her vision forward, and honoring her legacy through action. The best way we can honor Kim is by ensuring that the work she dedicated her life to does not stop.
For those who wish to support Kim’s children and family during this incredibly difficult time, a fund has been established:

We ask for continued prayers, love, and support for Zion, Harpar, and all who loved Kim. Her impact will not be forgotten. Her voice, her passion, and her mission will continue through this work and this community.
Rest in power, Kim. Your legacy lives on through us.
