What a blessing it was to have the North East Fire Company Inc. join us for Trunk or Treat at St. Jude Mission Church yesterday! 🚒

Our parish kids (and clearly, our clergy too! 😄) had an absolute blast checking out the fire engine and getting some sweet treats. We are so grateful for all that you do to keep our community safe and for taking the time to share the joy with our parish family.

May St. Florian, patron saint of firefighters, always watch over you, and God bless and protect all of our local first responders! 🙏

State EMS Medical Director Dr. Tim Chizmar joined UMMS trauma surgeon Dr. David Gens, Harford County DES Medical Director Dr. Douglas Sward, and Baltimore City Fire Department Medical Director Dr. Benjamin Lawner for a lively physician roundtable discussion moderated by MIEMSS Region III Coordinator Mustafa Sidik at the inaugural Chesapeake EMS Symposium. The panelists fielded questions on current topics and best practices in the delivery of emergency medical services.
