The Montgomery County Attorney’s Office welcomes our newest Assistant County Attorney, Davida Johnson. She was sworn in by Judge Amy Tucker and is joining our CPS Division. Davida earned her law degree from Texas Southern University - Thurgood Marshall School of Law. We are excited to have Davida on board and wish her luck in her new role!

The County Attorney’s Office, along with The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), proudly announces that Assistant County Attorney Sarah Stallberg has passed the SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification exam. This certification not only signifies that Sarah possesses the competencies and technical knowledge needed for effective job performance but also affirms that Sarah has mastered technical HR knowledge and can effectively apply that knowledge in the workplace.

Sarah is currently assigned to our office’s Government Affairs section with an emphasis on County HR issues. She also handles legal issues related to the Purchasing department, County contracts, and civil animal welfare enforcement.
