Low Income Rental Assistance These programs and rentals are income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD.
Providing housing assistance through the management of Low Rent Public Housing Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. There may be a waiting list for these vouchers and apartments. If you are in need of housing assistance in the area please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of assistance or rentals and their application procedures.

The 2026 Gross Annual Income Limits for Section 8 and Public Housing are now in effect as of May 1, 2026. These limits determine eligibility for housing assistance based on household size and total income.
