Employee Spotlight: Jeff Young

Jeff joined our team in 2012 as our Fire sprinkler operations manager and changed the dynamics of our fire sprinkler department. His professionalism, attention to detail, vast wealth of fire protection knowledge and genuine care of our employees are just a few of Jeffs great attributes.

Jeff has been in the fire protection industry for 46 years and his design career has taken him everywhere from airport hangers to Al Capone‘s jail cell on Terminal Island. Jeff is truly a legend in our industry.

Jeff competed at a collegiate level in swimming and his favorite hobbies are race cars, fishing, and having his grandchildren spend the night! He has been married 46 years to the love of his life, Diane!

Jeff, we commend you on being a man of morals and principles, and having the determination to learn as much as you can about every subject you encounter. Thank you!

Since joining DD Fire, Inc. in 2007, Lisa has been a key part of our team, bringing expertise and leadership as our Finance Manager and Human Resources Specialist. With 44 years of experience in accounting and finance, she plays a crucial role in ensuring our company is financially efficient.

Lisa has been married for over 28 years and is proud of her 4 daughters, 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren! When not overseeing the finances of our fire safety company, Lisa loves traveling with her extensive family, especially if it includes time on a great beach!

We are blessed to have dedicated professionals like Lisa on our team. Lisa thank you for your commitment and hard work!
