Dear friends of Ragan’s HOPE Foundation,
Ragan’s Hope continues to reach out weekly to families navigating the challenges of caring for children with medical needs. This week, we have identified 5 families who could use immediate assistance with groceries.
If you feel led to help, there are several ways to make a direct impact:
• Order a Visa gift card online to help provide flexibility for groceries and essentials
• Select grocery items for direct delivery to a family
• If you would prefer, simply make a donation through Ragan’s Hope and we will make all arrangements
We estimate $100 per family to provide meaningful support during this week.
Sometimes the greatest gift is simply easing one burden so a family can focus on what matters most — caring for their child.

Dear Moms,
As I sat in the airport recently watching people pass by, I couldn’t help but notice the women. So many women…all unique, all beautifully created by God, all in different seasons of life.
Some were older, carrying years of wisdom and memories. Some were in the middle years, balancing busy schedules, work, activities, and the endless responsibilities that come with raising children. I also noticed a young mother holding her newborn, likely exhausted and wishing for more sleep, not fully realizing she was in the midst of years she would one day treasure deeply.
As I reflected on motherhood, my thoughts turned especially to each of you. The journey you walk as mothers caring for children with medical needs is one many people cannot fully understand. Your days are often filled with appointments, medications, therapies, sleepless nights, worry, advocacy, and decisions no parent ever imagined having to make. Yet in the middle of all of that, you continue to love fiercely, show up faithfully, and give so much of yourselves to your children.
Please know this today: what you are doing matters deeply.
Even on the days when you feel exhausted, unseen, overwhelmed, or uncertain, your love is shaping your child’s life in powerful ways. The comfort you give, the sacrifices you make, the strength you carry, and the prayers you whisper over your children are making an eternal impact.
One day, many of the moments that currently feel heavy or exhausting will also become memories you hold close to your heart. So if I could offer one small encouragement, it would be this—give yourself grace and try to pause long enough to treasure even the small moments in the middle of the hard ones.
Thank you for allowing Ragan’s Hope to be part of your journey. It is an honor to support and encourage such incredible women.
Happy Mother’s Day. You are loved more than you realize, and appreciated beyond words.
With love,Delena & The Ragan’s Hope Team
