This weekend, I happened to be in Washington DC. I had a task to find a group of 3 men who were on the Korean War Memorial.
I found the photo and had it verified by CSM Bill Bill Jimenez. He was 18 years old and coming off the line. Was interviewed about the shortage of ammo.
He the one in the middle. I'm betting he's the only one alive who is shown on the wall.

On 21 June, in conjuction with the Audie Murphy museum in Greenville TX, the chapter celebrated a belated 250th Army Birthday and Audie Murphy 100th birthday.
Famed Audie Murphy actor Duffy Hudson gave his portrayal of the Medal of Honor recipient Audie Murphy.
Chapter president COL Richard Kaniss, COL Jeff Rose Gault and LTC Dee Brown were in attendance

On June 21st, we said goodbye to BG Terry Terry L Holden and his wife Carol. TL has a longterm chapter member and supported our annual Wounded Warrior Golf Classic by running our registration line.

On the 13th of June, the chapter celebrated the Army's 250th birthday a day early.
We hosted a birthday cake cutting ceremony at both Dallas and Ft Worth city halls. COL JP Hogan hosted the Dallas event and COL Jeff Gault hosted the Ft Worth ceremony.
