Notary Service Fee Schedule
1. Standard Notarial Acts (State-Regulated)
Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets the maximum fees for traditional notarizations.
Acknowledgments / Proofs: $10.00 for the first signature ($1.00 for each additional signature on the same document).
Jurats (Oaths/Affirmations): $10.00 (includes certificate and seal).
Certified Copies of Non-Recordable Documents: $10.00 per certificate.
Certified Copies of Notarial Records: $1.00 per page.
Protests: $4.00 (plus $1.00 per notice of protest).
All other notarial acts: $10.00.

Mobile / Travel Fees (Convenience Fees)
Travel fees are not regulated by the State of Texas and are set by the individual notary. These must be agreed upon in advance.
Standard Local Travel: $35.00 – $50.00 (within a 10-mile radius).
Extended Distance: $1.00 – $1.50 per additional mile.
After-Hours / Emergency (8 PM – 8 AM): Additional $25.00 – $75.00.
Hospitals & Nursing Homes: $50.00+ (flat fee due to parking and check-in time).
Airports (DFW/IAH/AUS/etc.): $75.00+ flat fee.
