The best & eggs that were outside the front door of Disco Hospital in a holly bush. Anyone know what kind of birds emerged from these eggs?

A place in memory, as ephemeral as dreams, its gardens now uprooted or entombed in concrete, it was a way station for so many luminous, generous, mystical friends. I passed through 14 years of stations & situations there, at the end of which my life and family were too big to fit anymore. I see it in my sleep- expanding & contracting like a building in a Fleischer cartoon- so I know it's still there, just not in any material sense nor in that physical place. It was house of the 8th Climate, elevated by the love, madness, festivals, art, midnight parades, masques...all the things that friends of the heart bring and create. Much love to all who made it so for those years.

I wonder if Elsa will let you hang this painting in your new Moorish Amore Palace. I'll hide this photograph somewhere new every time I visit. Whoever finds it wins a lollypop.

“Hospitality means primarily the creation of free space where the stranger can enter and become a friend instead of an enemy. Hospitality is not to change people, but to offer them space where change can take place. It is not to bring men and women over to our side, but to offer freedom not disturbed by dividing lines.”
