While checking a park, Deputies woke up a camper who seemed very prepared for the interaction. As she stood up, Deputies noticed she already had half a set of cuffs on her wrist and right on cue, the narcotics started falling out.

Some days you write reports… other days the report practically writes itself. You can’t make this stuff up. 🚔

It is with a heavy heart, that we honor Deputy Roe, Badge M252.

Deputy Roe began his career as a City of Dallas court clerk and through hard work and dedication, became a City of Dallas Marshal's Bailiff in 2016. During his tenure, Deputy Roe was known for his professionalism and quiet strength. Above all, he was devoted to his family sharing 28 years of marriage with his lovely wife and raising three children, now grown.

Deputy Roe passed on February 19, leaving behind a legacy of service, integrity, and love. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

No matter the storm, or below freezing temps, our Deputies stay ready serving others and lending a hand when it’s needed most. Stay warm! ❄️☃️🧊

Through the dedication and coordinated efforts of the Dallas Marshal's Office, Deputies successfully secured a large homeless encampment in a park located in the southeast portion of the city. During the operation, a missing juvenile was located and positively identified. She was found safe and was provided with the care and support she needs.

This outcome reflects our continued commitment to public safety and community well-being. 💙
