An outstanding ceremony and morning to honor our nation’s heroes and their families. We can never repay your sacrifice but we owe our gratitude and promise to live a life that’s worthy.
Thanks to everyone who attended and made the Memorial Day Observance fitting and meaningful. May God continue to bless our country and those who stand to defend her.

The Dallas Memorial March is a Carry The Load signature event and unites people across generations to reflect, pay tribute, and educate others on the importance of this sacred day. Providing a physically active way to bring attention to our nation's heroes by connecting more Americans to the stories of sacrifice made by our military veterans, first responders and their families.

Today, Texas VFW honors Loyalty Day, a day rooted in our proud history since 1921, originally recognized as 'Americanization Day' by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. This special day celebrates the ultimate loyalty demonstrated by our veterans through their sacrifices, as they safeguard our national freedoms.
Loyalty Day invites us all to reflect on and recommit to the core American values of liberty, justice, and equality.
Join us in displaying the American flag on this day in unity and respect, and let’s come together in patriotic celebration and civic reflection.
