🐯🧹 TIGERS + CUB SCOUTS = A WIN-WIN! 🧹🐯

We love seeing our Timber Creek Tigers giving back to their school! Cub Scout Pack #280, made up mostly of Timber Creek students, recently volunteered their time to pick up trash around the Timber Creek campus. 💙🧡

What a win-win for the Pack AND the Creek! Our grounds are looking great, and these Scouts showed what it means to be responsible, helpful, and proud members of their school community.

If you're looking for a Pack for your child to join, this one might be the perfect fit!

🍕 Skip the kitchen on the 22nd! 🍕

Treat yourself to lunch or dinner—dine in or take it to go—at Enzo’s Pizza in Parker Square, and a portion of your purchase will benefit the Timber Creek Elementary School PTA! 🐯💙🧡

Because sometimes the best meal is the one you do not have to cook! 🙌😋

💡 IMPORTANT: When paying for your meal, be sure to mention that you want your order to benefit Timber Creek ES. If TCE is not mentioned, a portion of your ticket will not be donated to our PTA.

So grab the family, order some pizza, and make dinner count! 🍕❤️🐯

🌟 TCES TIGER SPOTLIGHT: DISCOVERY ACADEMY PRE-K! 🌟

It is time to shine a big Tiger-sized spotlight on the amazing team who helps our littlest learners grow, explore, and discover each day! These educators bring patience, joy, encouragement, and some of the biggest hearts to the Creek. 🐯💙

📚 Ms. Adalyn Cortez, Part-Time Aide
✏️ Ms. Taylor Mendoza, Teacher
📚 Ms. Carrie Arana, Full-Time Aide
✏️ Ms. Aliehs Smith, Part-Time Aide

💙 From celebrating first discoveries to encouraging new skills and making every little learner feel safe, supported, and loved, this team plays such an important role in helping our youngest Tigers get ready to level up! 🎮✨

We are so grateful for the heart, energy, and care they bring to the Creek each day. Our Discovery Academy Tigers are lucky to have such a wonderful team cheering them on! 🐯💙

Let us fill the comments with some well-deserved Tiger love for these incredible educators! 🐯💙

And if you know of a specific way one of these educators has recently made a difference for your student(s) or family, take a moment to give them a well-deserved shout-out at https://www.lisd.net/resources/staff/thank-you.

Kindness matters. The right words, smiles, and efforts go further than we think. And at Timber Creek, we take time to recognize and celebrate kindness everyday, not just during Kindness Week! Thanks to all of the students and staff members who participated in this week's OPTIONAL dress up days and activities.
