Our Arkansas team had a fantastic evening at the American Council of Engineering Companies of Arkansas Awards Gala! 🎉

It was a great night celebrating the engineering community, connecting with colleagues, and enjoying time together outside the office. Proud to be part of such an amazing industry and team!

Bingo, costumes, signature cocktails, and a whole lot of laughs 🎉

The Iconic team had an incredible time at ACEC Nebraska Good Life Bingo! This annual event brings engineers from across Nebraska together for a night of creativity and fun, with each table designing their own theme and signature drink.

Our team went full Dr. Seuss mode — complete with Cat in the Hat hats and our signature cocktail, the Iconic Framework. Safe to say the costumes, competition, and community made for a great night!

Huge thanks to ACEC Nebraska for hosting such a fun event for the engineering community.

Howard P. Grant was among the first Black civil engineers in the U.S., breaking barriers in a field that once excluded people who looked like him. His excellence helped open doors that could no longer be closed.

As a Black-owned civil engineering firm, ICONIC stands on the shoulders of trailblazers like Grant. This month, we celebrate those who didn’t just build infrastructure — they built opportunity.
