Anna Texas Police Explorers

We had such a fun time at the Touch-a-Truck event yesterday! Thank you to everyone who came out, we appreciate you!!

Good morning!

This Saturday we will be having a fundraiser at Jacked Up Nutrition. It will be from 8am-2pm. Come join us for some amazing teas and meet your Anna Police Explorers!

We got the opportunity to compete in the 2023 Space City Explorers competition this past week. We all had a absolute blast and learned a lot of new things that we took home with us. Not only did we compete but both teams put in a lot of work these past few months and brought home a few trophies!

Before we get into that we would like to thank our advisors for all the time and effort they put into training us. Without you guys we wouldn’t be where we are today. We appreciate everything you do for the post!

Bomb threat - 2nd place

DWI “intoxicated person” - 2nd place

Mental subject - 2nd place

Domestic - 3rd place

Female Physical Fitness 2nd place - Zoel Carle

We would like to thank the Houston Police Explorer program for hosting an awesome competition this year. A huge thanks to everyone who has supported us throughout the years and given us the opportunity to do things like this. We look forward to future competitions and to bring home more trophies!

This past weekend a couple of our Explorers volunteered at Trusted World to help organize clothing for the community!! We are looking forward to upcoming community service events!

The Explorers would like to thank Chief Habel, Mayor Pike, and the City Council for their continued support!
They would also like to thank the Advisors for all of their guidance and encouragement!

The Explorers would like to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July!!🎆

Out of the 21 teams at the Metroplex Challenge, the Explorers placed:
1st in Arrest, Search, and Seizure
1st in Suicidal Subject
1st in Burglary in Progress
3rd in Unknown Call to Police

They also received 3rd Place Overall!!
