This morning our Dallas 311 Outreach team had the opportunity to speak at the Public Safety Response Symposium hosted by the City of Dallas Office of Community Police Oversight.

We appreciated the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions surrounding community safety, emergency response, and the vital role of Dallas 311 in collaborating with the Dallas Police Department and Emergency Management Crisis Response teams.

Thank you to all the public safety professionals, community stakeholders, and partners who continue working together to strengthen trust, communication, and service throughout our communities.

Today is all about inspiring dreams, exploring possibilities, and empowering the next generation to believe in their potential. Thank you Pleasant Grove Elementary and Royce West Academy for allowing us to inspire and connect with your students.

Dallas 311 was proud to join the Dallas Can-Do Spirit initiative, helping clean up and beautify Fair Park as we get ready to welcome the world for the World Cup!

In preparation for the World Cup, we had the opportunity to take part in a Cultural Inclusivity session alongside the incredible Dallas County Outreach team, lead by Marisa Gonzales, CHW.

It was a truly valuable experience learning about the diverse cultures that will be visiting Dallas, and how we can all play a role in creating a more welcoming and inclusive environment.

Dallas Water Utilities will implement a new billing system to integrate with the DallasGo online payment platform on Monday, May 18. To prepare for the upgrade, DallasGo is currently offline through May 17.
