Day-Use lake park on Lake Lavon. Picnic sites, Swim beach & restrooms available to the public. Park is open from April 1st thru Sept 30th. Park open 6 a.m.
to Sunset. One free 4-lane boat ramp. Swimming, Boating, and Fishing. Covered eating areas and grills. Restrooms. Open April 1st - September 30th. Daily hours are 6am until Sunset. Operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers (972) 442-3141
Just a heads up that the US Army Corps of Engineers has given us the greenlight to open back up the boat ramp!

Tickey Creek Park is fully closed for 2022. Time to get ramped up for 2023 and hopefully more rain! The picture was updated 10/11/22 for all parks on Lake Lavon. Plenty still open to visit, cook out, and even launch your boat.
