Join us at A Tasteful Place on May 30 from 10am–3pm for a flavorful celebration of one of summer’s favorite ingredients. Explore unique tomato varieties, gather growing tips, shop local vendors, enjoy chef demos and fresh tastings, and experience the best of peak tomato season in the garden. Whether you’re a gardener, foodie, or simply love a fresh summer tomato, this is one event you won’t want to miss!

Spend Memorial Day weekend at the garden with live music, family activities, chef demos, petting zoo fun, hands-on experiences in the Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden, and Hunt Slonem’s colorful art installations throughout the grounds!

The Dallas Arboretum is also proud to offer year-round Buy-One-Get-One-Free admission for military and first responders with valid service ID. Eligible guests include active duty military, veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMTs/paramedics.

Experience a peaceful evening at the Dallas Arboretum during Bunnies, Birds & Butterflies: A Sensory-Friendly Twilight Night on May 19 from 5:30–8 PM.

Enjoy exclusive access to Hunt Slonem’s colorful exhibition in a calm, welcoming environment designed for all ages, featuring smaller crowds, quiet zones, hands-on sensory activities, and access to both the Main Garden and Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden. Enter through Entry 3 at the Children’s Garden Entrance.
