An after-care component for graduates of SAFPF in-patient treatment.

At last month’s RISETX Conference, 4-C participated in the Specialty Court Flag Competition, an opportunity to represent our mission through design.

While we did not take home a top prize, we are incredibly proud of what our flag represents.

At the center are three words that guide our work every day:

Hope: begins when participants leave SAFPF and enter 4-C Court with a new opportunity.
Recovery: reflects the work of treatment, accountability, and stability.
Freedom: represents the ultimate goal, graduation and a successful return to the community.

Together, these symbols tell the story of Dallas County 4-C Court, guiding individuals from confinement to hope, through recovery, and ultimately to the freedom of a stable life in the community.

Dallas County 4-C Court wishes our community a safe and reflective Good Friday.

Today is a time of reflection for many, and a reminder of the strength it takes to move forward, even in the most difficult moments.

We see that strength every day at 4-C in perseverance, in accountability, and in the commitment to building a better path ahead.

We remain dedicated to supporting that journey.

Hope • Recovery • Freedom

Proud to have the 4–C Court Team represented today at the Texas Association of Specialty Courts (TASC) Annual Conference – RISE TX in Dallas! 👏

This conference brings together specialty courts from across Texas to share best practices, collaborate, and strengthen programs that support individuals dealing with substance use and mental health challenges.

We’re excited to learn, connect, and bring back new ideas that will continue to make a positive impact in our community.

Recovery isn’t about being perfect.

Maybe the weekend didn’t go the way you hoped. Maybe you struggled, made a mistake, or felt like you took a step backward.

But today is a new day.

What matters most is what you do next.

Monday is a reset — another opportunity to keep building the life you’re working toward.

Keep showing up.
Keep telling the truth.
Keep moving forward.

Happy Texas Independence Day!

On March 2, 1836, Texas declared its independence. Today we’re reminded that freedom takes courage and commitment.

At 4-C, recovery is a declaration of independence from addiction and old patterns. Every step forward is choosing freedom.

Keep showing up. Keep doing the work.
Your independence matters.

Happy Friday, 4-C Family!

Weekends can test us — less structure, more temptation. But you’ve already proven you can do hard things.

Stay connected. Stick to your plan. Reach out if you need support.

“Livin’ the Dream” means progress, not perfection.

Make choices this weekend that Monday-you will be proud of.

Motivation Monday 💙

Your recovery isn’t just for you—it’s for your children.

Every step you take toward healing helps create a safer, stronger future for them. Showing up, staying focused, and choosing recovery means being present for the moments that matter most.

Keep going. Your children are worth it—and so are you.

Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation.

Participating in peer support groups can nearly double the chances of staying sober for a year or more compared to going it alone. Shared experience, accountability, and connection save lives.

Today’s many recovery groups — across every belief and background — all trace their roots to Bill Wilson’s simple but revolutionary idea: people helping people works.

At 4-C, we believe recovery is stronger together.
