Free yoga in the Parks of Park Cities for the month of July! The beautiful summer is here! The class is appropriate for all levels of fitness and yoga knowledge.
Spend a couple of your summer evenings outside in the cool shade of these gorgeous parks and sweat to a Power flow yoga class lead by Adriana. New Yogis are welcome! Park cities was named after some gorgeous (well shaded) parks. Each class will be at a different park! What is provided:
-a full body yoga workout
-a sweet Savasana ending (if you dont know what this is already, you'll soon find out!)

Tonight, 7pm (note the slight time change from last week, to accomdate for those traveling from work)
