Quick check-in: how are you really doing?

Take a moment to pause and ask yourself:
How am I feeling?
What do I need right now?
Am I giving myself enough care & space to rest?

Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. Tag someone you care about to remind them to check-in as well. 💚

Stronger together. 💙

The Abilene office was proud to support UT Health SA School of Nursing Annual Health Care Conference- bringing healthcare leaders, educators and community partners together to improve care for women experiencing homelessness.

By sharing knowledge, strengthening partnerships and focusing on outreach, this collaboration helps improve health outcomes and expand access to care for women who are often underserved and overlooked.
