Milestones Area Agency on Aging Milestones Area Agency on Aging is one of six area agencies on aging service older Iowans in 17

One of Iowa’s six designated Area Agencies on Aging, Milestones provides older Iowans with a range of services in a seventeen-county area to help them

The core programs include helping people age 60+ remain independent by coordinating community based in-home care services and by providing a nutritious noon meal at Nutrition Centers or by home delivery. Family caregivers who are caring for an aging family member or friend can find unbiased guidance and information. Wellness classes are also available on managing chronic conditions and falls prevention. Milestones is part of the LifeLong Links aging and disability resource network supplying links to local providers and helping Iowans evaluate their needs and make early decisions about long-term supports.

Please be aware the Sigourney Nutrition Center will be closed on Friday, October 16th due to a staffing shortage. Home-delivered participants will receive an extra meal on Thursday. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to seeing you again the following Monday.
