Honored to join other area leaders at the Crisis Services of North Alabama Domestic Violence Awareness presentation at the Morgan Count Courthouse on Wednesday.

Lisa Mayers shared a powerful story about her experience as a DV survivor and how she broke the cycle of violence in her family.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. If you are a victim or know someone who is, reach out to Crisis Services or call the National Domestic Violence hotline at 800.799.SAFE (7233).
