Welcome, Teen Police Academy Class of 2026!
This is our largest class yet, and we're excited to partner with the Arvada Police Department, Colorado to give this group a behind-the-scenes look at the world of law enforcement.
Throughout this week-long program, teens gain a deeper understanding of policing through demonstrations and hands-on training. So far, they've tackled arrest control techniques, police simulators, Stop the Bleed training, a Flight for Life demonstration, and range instruction.
A huge thanks to the Westminster Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association and all our instructors for making this happen! We're looking forward to an exciting week!
