Hey all!
Better late than never: we hosted a small protest outside of Re. Lauren Boebert's (CD-4) office in Lone Tree on May 31st. We had a wonderful time meeting everyone; you all are so determined, it's inspiring! Thank you to everyone who came out!

Speaking of Boebert...
Her staff moved to a Lone Tree office about a month ago. The office's phone hasn't been hooked up yet, so no one can get a direct, in-person answer when they call. To get in, you have to use the security pad to call the office.
Her constituents (and staff) deserve better.
Despite this, we delivered a petition from National Nurses United demanding opposition to any cuts to Medicaid. Feel free to call in support of this petition and to ask Rep. Boebert to install a functioning phone in her office!

We also caught the Lone Tree town hall for Rep. Lauren Boebert (CD-4). A delightfully accurate Boebert stand-in answered questions from the audience, since the real Boebert couldn't deign to join us. There was also a great turnout for this town hall!

Hello, all!
We had a productive week!
On Monday, 3/17, we led a protest outside of Rep. Gabe Evans' (CD-8) Northglenn office to demand accountability for his support for cuts to Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. Over 50 people came, and nearly everyone brought personal statements that we delivered to his staff.
On Friday, 3/21, we attended the Fight Oligarchy rally in the Denver Civic Center! It was phenomenal to be a part of the 34,000 strong who came to see Senator Bernie Sanders, Rep, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and several local community leaders.
On Saturday, 3/22, we went to an empty-chair town hall for Rep. Gabe Evans. His constituents talked about their concerns with air quality, healthcare, veterans' care, and accountability.
It was a truly inspiring week; thank you to everyone who joined us!
