We protect renters, fight back together, and build power for justice. We are Colorado’s first enforcement-based renters association. We enforce them. We win.

We don’t just “know your rights”. Our mission is to defend every tenant in Colorado from high rent increase, wrongful evictions, court corruption, and housing injustice using law, lawsuits, and collective power. Join our movement. We make power answer to the people. We don’t beg. We don’t bow.

Another Denver apartment complex blatant housing and renter rights violations continue. Summit at Wash Park apartments at 90 S. Logan Street, management ghosted tenants while trash piled up, repairs went ignored, and mystery fees appeared. Out-of-state investment firms bought the building, raised charges, then stayed silent.

This is corporate housing in America: big profit first, people last. law ignored 🚨

That’s why CRU exists — renter power + legal protection.

A Colorado law was passed to stop hidden junk fees and protect renters, yet landlords tripled utility charges after a new State law that was meant to stop them from doing so. This is the typical go-to move: pass a law for headlines, then fail to enforce it once the cameras are gone.

This is not a law problem — it’s an enforcement problem and a leadership problem. Laws are just words on paper when corporations and big investment firms run the system. Public-facing leaders stay quiet, pass feel-good policies, then never force them.

Renters deserve real action, not political theater.

A Colorado law meant to stop hidden rental junk fees and protect tenants is now allegedly causing some renters’ monthly utility bills to skyrocket.

This is what happens when policies sound good on paper but fail working people in real life. 🚨

Renters need real protection, not experiments.

HOW EVICTION COURTS ACTUALLY WORK VS. WHAT THE LAW SAYS:
The law says renters have rights. Eviction court moves fast, favors landlords, and punishes mistakes. Most renters lose before they even understand the process. That gap is by design.

Best way to reach CRU.

🚨 Denver reported nearly 16,000 eviction cases in 2025 alone. That number is not the real story. The real number is likely 2–3 times higher when you count people forced out by threats, rent hikes, harassment, and illegal pressure without court filings.

This system hides the damage. Families are still being pushed out at a massive scale. This isn’t a crisis. It’s the new normal. And it’s by design.

To put an end to this, we need people power. CRU needs 1,000 more progressive followers as soon as possible to build this movement for the people.

We get calls and messages daily from people needing help.
No individual, non-profits organizations or activists can defeat special-interest lobbyists, big corporations, and their bought-and-paid-for public servants.

Follow , share with your friends and neighbors, and stay tuned for our membership launch soon.

🚨 In 2025, Colorado’s housing crisis exploded. Foreclosures surged 145%, along with rents the worst in the nation. Evictions rose. Payments jumped $1,000+. Families lost homes while leaders stayed silent. This wasn’t a market shift. It was a warning.

Thanks for sharing this. Foreclosures and rents surged across Colorado in 2025, with Aurora hit hardest because Arapahoe County is pro-evictions and foreclosures. This isn’t personal failure, rather it’s a system designed to do exactly this. Nothing is going to change, and more families will be pushed out. That’s why renter and housing power matters now more than ever.

🏡🤔🤷🤷‍♀️

Hey everyone

This YouTube video called governor of Colorado panics after Denver foreclosure explodes.

Colorado is one of the fastest growing foreclosure states. City of Aurora has the most foreclosure homes in the state. Many people who bought homes around 5-10 years ago now cant afford it.

Is gonna get worse at this rate if things dont change.

Zillow says 90% of Denver homes lost value but that’s misleading. Prices didn’t drop because housing got affordable. People were priced out, evicted, foreclosed on or forced to leave. That’s not a correction. That’s displacement.
