❤️🧠Over the past two weeks, our Mudbugs continued to explore the first of The 7 Mindsets, “Everything Is Possible” through the sub-topics of “Think Positive”and “Act & Adjust”! From reading social-emotional stories and journaling to turning negative thoughts into positive ones, our students learned how this mindset can help them learn and grow! They also had a blast spotting Mindo, our Seven Mindsets mascot, around school!🧠❤️

We are so grateful!❤️✨

Our National Principals Month spotlights continue with April Gomez, Principal of New Sarpy Elementary School! 🏫

As we celebrate this month's 7 Mindsets theme, Passion First, we're highlighting what inspired our principals to pursue education and what continues to motivate them today. We're also taking a look back at where their journeys began with photos from early in their careers alongside photos from today!

In Her Own Words:

"My passion for education comes from the people who have shaped me along the way, especially the teachers, students, families, and colleagues I have had the privilege to work with. As a principal, I stay connected to that passion by knowing our students, supporting our educators, celebrating growth, and helping people see what is possible. What keeps me going is knowing that every day we have the chance to make a real difference for children and families."

Join us in celebrating Ms. Gomez and the positive impact she makes on the New Sarpy Elementary School community! 👏
