Exercise your right to vote!
The City of Livonia will be mailing new voter information cards to all registered voters the week of April 27. Once voters receive their new voter information card from the Postal Service, no further action is needed. The new cards are a requirement because the State Senate redistricting places Livonia in Michigan Senate District 8, beginning with the Aug. 4, 2026, State Primary Election.
Voter ID cards provide vital information to voters that includes your precinct number, polling location and the Early Voting site for Livonia. Please note: Livonia precincts were consolidated prior to the City elections in 2025. Please double-check your precinct number and polling location.
Visit VoteLivonia.org for more information, to register to vote, see a sample ballot and more. The City Clerk’s office is available to assist with any questions at (734) 466-2230 or [email protected].

It was an honor to chair the 2026 Michigan Democratic Party Nominating Convention. I was inspired to see more than 7,200 attendees —the largest convention in Michigan’s history — of dedicated Democratic Party activists who will help us turn Michigan blue and reclaim our trifecta in the state.
