I met Liam and I was immediately impressed. He actually started a conversation with me and we learned a little about each other. Liam is a junior at International Academy in Broomfield Hills, interested in Finance. I wanted him to see how we look at numbers to fight crime in the D.

Had an opportunity to meet with a few EW Grobbel executives, Laura Parvin-Vice President Continous Improvement, Pat Vondette-IT Director & Christopher Regier-Senior Personel Supervisor. They are excited to be joining the Project Green Light community. The Detroit Police Department PGL Partners continues to grow. had an opportunity to provide some of the Memphis Police Department est.1827 men and women in blue a tour of our Real Time Crime Center. Led by Commander Sonia Russell and Captain Erica Frederick, Lieutenants Shaun Dunning & John Stewart, Executive Manager, Marvin Jones, PGLD Quality Control Manager, LaMonica Williams and Shelia Young, Program Manager - Project Green Light Detroit. Welcome to Detroit!

Today it's 7:30am: I went to this Project Green Light Detroit location to get gas and air in my tires. I love going to a Green Light partner because it gives me an opportunity to introduce myself and thank them for being a partner and helping to make the community feel safe. While I was there a Detroit Police Department unit arrives and parked (doing their job and checking in.) I went up to them, as I always do whenever I see them, thanked them for their presences and gave them my Shelia Young business card. As usual, they were very nice, friendly and professional. I also saw a young man name Michael whom I asked if he could assist me with putting air in my tires; he was happy to do so! Afterwards, I blessed him for doing so.
