Essentials ADULT DAY CARE

Essentials Care is working hard on opening soon. We’re still waiting on the necessary materials to ensure each participant is safe before we open for business. I encourage everyone to get tested for Covid 19 before coming back to the center. Testing will be required before visiting the center again. It’s just necessary to ensure everyone remains safe.

Great News!!!!! It appears Essentials Adult Day Care will reopen soon. We’re working hard to adhere to our new protocols and making sure our participants safety is first.

We will be implementing the state required COVID-19 requirements to ensure all participants stay safe.

Participants/Caregivers will receive reopening information and instructions in the mail or via text.

The pandemic has been devastating and an eye opener to our center. We had no choice but to close in March due to the governors orders (which we understand). It appears we’re entering phase 5 soon and Essentials Adult Day Care can soon open. We are taking the necessary precautions to ensure all our participants stay safe. I’m excited to see everyone soon and can’t wait to give everyone our official reopen date.

I’m sure many of you are wondering but we have been put in category 5 of this pandemic. As much as we want to get things back to normal I have to adhere to the states order.

We will be open soon. I just ask that you have patience and understand that we’re helplessly awaiting to open.

If the numbers stay low, phase five will open up soon and we can get resume the fun we once had. I miss you all and can’t wait to see you real soon.

I would like to thank Mrs Hardwick and her community center for the food donations today. Seniors, if you live in Detroit you can arrange for her community center to provide food at no charge to you. Give her a call today! Thanksgiving is approaching and she has meat and produce.

The Treasure Chest Foundation has donated a lot of items (via Walmart) to the center for the Seniors. We are so grateful, we can provide our seniors with tangle items they will need to get through this winter.
