DEC and WJR Radio Are In Search of Rising Stars!

The DEC and WJR's 2026 Rising Stars Class will showcase a diverse group of young leaders (under 40) who are making a significant impact in their industries and communities.

From July 6 to September 13, WJR will spotlight ten honorees and their contributions through interviews during "JR Afternoon with Ryan Ermanni FOX 2."


The 2026 Rising Stars campaign will culminate in a live Rising Star Recognition Event and broadcast in September.

You can either nominate someone or self-nominate for this limited series.

Candidate Criteria:

· DEC Young Leader member for at least one year who is actively engaged with the Club

· Exemplary contributions in their industry and/or community
