Hey everyone! I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the challenges students with disabilities face in our education system. What experiences or insights do you have on how we can better support these students and ensure they have equal opportunities to succeed?

An investigation found Michigan failed students with disabilities. The state wants the case dismissed. The federal Office of Civil Rights’ investigation found Michigan students with disabilities’ rights were violated during school shutdowns. The Michigan Department of Education denies any wrongdoing.

The City of Detroit will be hosting an information session this Wednesday, January 24th at 9am for the Neighborhood Beautification Program! This session will cover Plot Plans + Permitting and go into greater detail on the City's zoning ordinance, how to prepare your plot plan, and what to expect from the permitting process. This session will replace our weekly Wednesday virtual office hours, which will resume as scheduled on Friday.
