Operation Krispy Kringle was a huge success! Guest appearances from Santa, his elf, and helpers, spreading sweet cheer across USSOUTHCOM HQ. It was heartwarming to see the smiles and joy spread across our diverse and dedicated team.
As the holiday season unfolds, and many of you prepare for well-deserved breaks and travels, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each of you. Your hard work, dedication, and collaboration have been the catalyst of our success in 2023.

About last night!
We are overjoyed and grateful to all of you who joined us last night for our holiday party, making it a huge success and, dare we say, the best holiday party in South Florida!
Your festive spirits, getting down on the dance floor, and holiday get-up made it a night to remember. Big shoutout to our fun committee for their creativity and going big this holiday season. Job well done!!!

This Friday USSOUTHCOM Military Communicators went toe to toe vs. USSOUTHCOM DA Civilian Communicators in a competitive game of kick ball. The DA civilian team defended their title and beat out the Military team 7-5, securing the 2023 Turkey Bowl Championship. We are greatful to share the field with great people for another year. Word has it that the Military team has already started pre season strength and conditioning, with only 363 days left before next years Turkey Bowl.

This week the team hosted a Friends Giving event that brought communicators together from all over USSOUTHCOM to enjoy great food and company. Thank you to all who contributed and brought delicious dishes to share. We are thankful to continue another year of service with great people.
Today, we honor Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen who answered the call to serve our nation, without faltering, both past and present. We also extend our appreciation and gratitude to their families and supporters, whose resiliency forms the backbone of our Armed Forces.
We are honored and privileged to work alongside many who have dedicated their lives to defending our freedoms. You embody the spirit of a Servant Leader placing the needs of others above your own. If you demand more of yourself than the institution, it's difficult to have a bad day, resonates deeply within our culture, reminding us that personal commitment and integrity are the cornerstones of both individual and collective success.
As we commemorate this Veterans Day, let's take a moment to remember and honor those who have worn the uniform and continue to wear the uniform.
