Last night’s bowling event hosted by Yardtime and the Exoneree Network was an absolute blast, filled with incredible energy, shared laughs, and a healthy dose of friendly competition.

The camaraderie was on full display as everyone came together to swap stories, cheer each other on, and completely butcher the physics of a proper bowling release.

While the real victory was celebrating the strength of our community and the power of connection, it would be a missed opportunity not to mention that our team dominated the lanes. Let’s just say our strikes were intentional, our gutter balls were “strategic warm-ups,” and we had Smitty! Haha …a win is a win, and we’re holding onto the bragging rights until the next rematch!

Pour into yourself ‼️

Pouring into yourself is the essential foundation of personal sustainability; you cannot give from an empty cup. It requires intentional self-care, continuous personal growth, and the boundaries necessary to protect your mental, emotional, and physical energy.

When you prioritize filling your own reservoir, you move from a state of survival to one of abundance, allowing you to show up fully for your passions, your purpose, and the people who rely on showing up for them. However, true fulfillment is not a solo journey. Equalling the importance of self-replenishment is the willingness to let a trusted community pour back into you.Allowing mentors, loved ones, and peers to offer support, wisdom, and encouragement provides the vital reinforcement needed to sustain your momentum, heal from burnout, and elevate your potential.

We enjoyed building with Johnathon from Filling in the Gap at our candle making workshop. Keep up the great work brother.

This Light of Mine‼️

What an incredible evening at our 3rd Annual Candle Making Workshop‼️

This night was all about creating space for our community to slow down, recharge, and truly pour back into themselves. Side by side with their team members and the rest of our LAP family, we laughed, connected, and crafted something beautiful. Leaders spend so much time giving to others, but tonight, the focus was on self-care and community connection.

A massive thank you to CandleLux for hosting us and guiding such a beautiful, therapeutic experience!

We left with full hearts, bright spirits, and perfectly scented candles to remind us to keep shining.

What a week‼️

As we wrap up and finalize our PICS program, we are looking back at the incredible momentum, resilience, and success of our community.

From classrooms to boardrooms, and from behind the wall to new beginnings, the impact is real!

Here is a look at what we’ve accomplished together recently:

We kicked off our group nights with 35 amazing people joining us for our 2nd Annual Finding Your Voice Again Karaoke Night‼️

We successfully completed two cohorts focused on the women’s unit behind the wall, alongside wrapping up both our Fall and Spring cohorts for the My Successful Blueprint program!

We hosted our annual spring break Boss Kids Business Bash, where we provided 25 youth with essential financial education, a ton of fun, and brand-new sneakers and apparel to make sure they head back to school looking and feeling fresh! ‼️

We hosted our quarterly Let’s Get Technical groups and put powerful tools directly into the hands of our community, issuing over two dozen MacBooks and iPad Minis‼️

We’ve officially assisted 4 formerly incarcerated individuals with transition and move-in costs, providing $2,000 to help secure safe, stable housing‼️ And looking to assist more‼️

We facilitated 3 powerful cohorts of our 3 Pounds of Pressure curriculum, reaching youth and individuals both within DYS and out in the community‼️

The grind doesn't stop‼️ 4 of our incredible clients just launched their own businesses, and 1 is officially enrolled in college and pursuing higher education‼️

None of this happens without your support, your energy, and the pure dedication of our team and community.

We are building blueprints for success, applying the right kind of pressure, and changing lives daily‼️

Thank you to our partners, our participants, and our community.

Next stop is our Black- Tie Gala to help raise funds for FY27‼️

Let’s get it‼️

Yesterday’s peace rally in Black Medina (Boston), hosted by the Nation of Islam, was nothing short of historic.

The energy in the atmosphere was unmatched as the community gathered with a shared vision of safety, self-reliance, and collective uplifting. From the powerful opening remarks to the closing calls for action, it was a profound display of unity and purpose. Always a great time seeing our partners coming together in the community.

Wise words from a wise man, FuQuan, The Harriet Tubman Project.
