Shelly Abraham is a mechanical engineer from GA running for US House of Reps in the 6th district.
Shelly Abraham is a mechanical consulting engineer who works in the Atlanta construction industry. He was born and raised in Staten Island, NY in a middle class family and had access to quality public schools. At age 11 he moved to Georgia in 2004 because of the great opportunities that Georgia offers such as the HOPE scholarship program. Shelly attended Brookwood High School and enjoyed access to
their gifted and AP classes. He originally studied aerospace engineering at Georgia Tech, but eventually transferred to Kennesaw State University to complete his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering. While completing his degree, he worked part time at Duluth Walmart and learned the value of hard work and consistency. He also realized that there are working class people who endure so much hardship, but remain kind and decent people and they encouraged him to reach for his potential. During his college years, he became more interested in the political process and became active in politics. Now he's ready to enter the political arena to serve his community and fight for the soul of America. He can't do this alone, so please stand in solidarity and join our movement.
