Dr. Raizes is an infectious disease physician, PIHC co-founder, and longtime HIV care leader with more than 40 years of experience in HIV treatment, prevention, infectious disease care, and public health.

In this new role, Dr. Raizes will help guide PIHC’s clinical strategy, support medical providers and care teams, strengthen care standards across our programs, and help advance our work to end the HIV epidemic in Georgia.

Dr. Raizes has been part of PIHC’s story from the beginning, and this next chapter reflects the same commitment that has guided our work for decades: strong care, trusted relationships, and meeting people where they are.
