The Youth Healing to Wellness Program within Choctaw Nation Juvenile Services is a juvenile justice system diversion program for our tribal youth with substance abuse problems and other delinquent issues. It provides services to meeting the existing needs of the youth, emphasizing education, enhancing overall well-being to aid in the prevention of incarceration and addressing substance abuse.

Below are some of the eligibility requirements and services offered by our Juvenile Services Department. 🪶
Eligibility Requirements:
• CDIB card holder of a federally recognized tribe or eligible to obtain a CDIB card
• Parent/guardian referral or referral from another program (reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
• Law enforcement involvement
• Must be under 18 years of age
Services Offered:
• Prevention and diversion services
• Juvenile Healing to Wellness Program
• Case management services
• Treatment and accountability to ensure public safety
• Treatment plan incentives
• Educational advocacy and support
• Risk and needs assessments
• Cultural education

Just a reminder, during the summer, every Friday from 10am-1pm at the Echo Warehouse Building in Durant, Oklahoma. First come first serve basis.
The Summer Food Service Program offers nutritional meals at various locations for all children under the age of 18! 🍎 🥪
