Saturday was a great day for local businesses here in Eagle Mountain!

I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Costa Vida and the grand reopening of Clipperz!

It’s always exciting to see businesses investing in our community, whether they’re opening their doors for the first time or celebrating a new chapter.

Our local businesses play an important role in making Eagle Mountain a great place to live, and I’m grateful for the people behind them who put in the hard work to make it happen.

Congratulations to both Costa Vida and Clipperz! We’re glad to have you as part of our community, and I encourage everyone to stop by and show them some support!

Well, Homecoming didn’t go quite according to plan!

I had the honor of walking out the game ball for Cedar Valley High School’s Homecoming game. The original plan was a little more dramatic, with the game ball arriving by helicopter, but the wind and rain had other ideas. Then, a power outage brought the game itself to an early stop.

Even with all the unexpected twists, it was great to be there and see the Aviator spirit on full display.

Congratulations to Cedar Valley on another Homecoming, and thank you for letting me be a small part of it!

Go Aviators!

The Eagle Mountain Academy is back in session!

It was great spending some time with this seasons group as they kicked off six weeks of getting a behind-the-scenes look at how our City works.

From public safety and growth to parks, roads, utilities, and more, they’ll get to meet the people who keep Eagle Mountain moving and see firsthand what goes into serving our community.

Excited to see this group earn their wings!

It was great spending some time with Congressman Mike Kennedy this last week!

We started with lunch at the Chamber’s Voices of the Valley event, followed by a tour around Eagle Mountain to discuss some of the needs and priorities of our growing community.

I appreciate Congressman Kennedy taking the time to visit, listen, and see firsthand both the challenges and opportunities ahead for Eagle Mountain. It’s always valuable to have these conversations and make sure our community’s needs are heard.
