Early voting starts Monday, 2/13 at the Armory. As your Alderman, I will represent all voices in the ward, from renters to homeowners, working families and retirees. I have a strong plan for constituent services, and will be ready on Day One.

As your Alderman I will create issue specific advisory councils, bringing neighbors and community stakeholders together, to work with me on the issues facing our community. These advisory councils will be rotating, so that we can involve as many neighbors as possible. I believe the best way to be accountable to all of you is by being transparent about the work being done on your behalf and these advisory councils will ensure there is transparency.

Providing the best constituent services should be the number one job of any alderman. The alderman's office is the first point of contact with city government for most residents in need of help. As alderman, I will bring a back to basics approach to constituent services. This means streamlining requests, using technology to be as timely as possible, and having staff that are in constant communication with neighbors across the ward. No one will say that our office turned them away because we didn't have the answer or because it "isn't our job." Every request will be treated equally, no matter how easy or difficult the solution is.
