Here are some key points in reducing exposure. The policy is punitive with regards to all RFCT Soldiers:
- Soldiers are prohibited from sharing cups/canteens, vapes, or any other personal item or utensil.
- Formations for duty and physical training will be socially distanced in a manner that allows personnel to maintain a space interval of 6 feet at all times.
- Masks will be worn for all physical training activities except cardiovascular running and foot marches. Sprints, strength training, and calisthenics all require masks to be worn. Units will not conduct runs or foot marches above the squad level as a mass formation.
- Soldiers and Families should minimize their exposure with the local populace in El Paso and with other service members that are not in their unit.
- Restriction from dining-in at any off-post establishment. Soldiers may order carry-out from off-post restaurants.
- Catamount formations will be at the platoon level or smaller – maintaining 6 feet distance from each other.
