🐾💙 MEET TYSON & PERCY! 💙🐾

We’re excited to introduce the newest additions to the team!Tyson and Percy are ready to help us bring Hope to District 4, and we couldn’t be happier to have these handsome gatos on board!

Every great team needs a little personality, a lot of heart, and a few furry faces to remind us why we do what we do. 💙🐾

El Paso is facing an affordability crisis that our elected leaders have been failing to address! This is brought on by the notion that some on our City Council believe the notion that “ All housing is affordable housing” because the consultant class told them that. Let me be clear: As a renter and a future homeowner if we don’t tackle affordable housing policies soon, more people will be taxed or priced out of the market.

The good news is our City Government can and should be doing more but we have to apply the pressure and advocate for ourselves. As your former (2020 & 2024) and a future candidate (2028) for City Representative in District 4 I have always tackled the issues that matter, even when my opponents neglected to bring them up!

Today we join our community in wishing Judge Elect Christie Saiz for Justice of the Peace Pct. 2 a happy birthday 🎉🎈🎊

The people of the Northeast spoke loudly and demanded change for our JP Court, we’re proud to call Judge Saiz and we wish here many more years of delivering for our community 🎉

We’re looking to host weekly conversations focused on policy and how we can improve El Paso for the working-class that have been left behind by sky high property taxes and a lack of real leadership from our city leaders!

But we need your help! If you are interested in joining us for a discussion on the local issues that matter to you and your family send us a DM.

Looking forward to getting these important conversations going 📢🗣️

As we approach spooky season, my favorite time of the year, I wanted to invite you to my 30th Pre-Birthday Celebration! 🎂

Join me for a fun night of karaoke, costumes, and good company on October 22nd from 8 PM–12 AM at Texas Stagecoach Saloon! 👻🎤

While my actual birthday isn’t until October 31st, for the past 10 years I’ve celebrated by hosting community birthday parties that bring people together while supporting local businesses in our community.

I’d love to see many of you there as we celebrate 30 years in the Northeast! 🥳

Come dressed in your favorite costume, grab a drink (drink responsibly), sing a song (or more), and celebrate with me!

Following recent heavy rain, EPPD reminds the community to be cautious of home repair and insurance scams.

Verify contractors, get agreements in writing and be on alert for high-pressure tactics or requests for large upfront payments.

Take your time and verify before you pay.

The only way we can flip Texas and provide for working-class families js by ensuring our friends and family are registered to vote!

Take a few minutes today to check your voter registration status and make sure your friends and family are registered and ready to vote in the November 3rd election, when several important local and state offices will be on the ballot.

And yes, We’ve know you heard the “suspense” list 👀

If your voter registration shows you’re on the suspense list, you are still registered and eligible to vote. You may simply need to complete a Statement of Residence to confirm your address when you vote.

🗓️ The last day to register to vote is October 5th!

While it may be calm right now, El Paso is currently under a Flash Flood warning as the tail end of Hurricane Polo is expected to reach us. If you live in several areas in the Northeast that historically flood, don’t forget to place sandbags around the perimeter of your property to protect you and your family.

This storm (and many like it) leaves me worried for many working-class families and local businesses in our community who will be faced with thousands of dollars in damages to their properties due to El Paso’s historically neglected storm water infrastructure and a lack of planning by our city and our water company to make our streets safer during storms.

While we continue to see higher utility and tax bills, one thing is clear: Storm Water fees aren’t doing enough to address the problem. Flooding causes damages to our personal property, but it also results in further damage to our already crumbling streets, damages our cars, causes sinkholes to appear in our community, and slows down first responders during an emergency.

We’re going to continue to hold the powers at be accountable and keep fighting for the working-class families that have been left behind!

Today is Patriots Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance! It’s a day to remember and honor those 2,977 precious lives stolen from us on September 11th, 2001. Join us in in reflecting on all that was lost in the fire and ash that September morning, by participating in a small act of community service.

We will the men, women, and children who lost their lives 25 years ago on 9/11, the selfless sacrifices made by our valiant first responders and military personnel, and those we’ve lost from the after effects of 9/11.
