Thank you to PepsiCo for inviting me to speak. Rolling Remembrance is a powerful 14,000+ mile relay carrying a combat-flown American flag across the country to raise awareness and funds for the children of Gold Star families.
We truly appreciate your continued support of our veteran community and their families. May the legacy of those we’ve lost continue to live on through the success and strength of the families they leave behind.

Praying over Chief Marzan’s Unit, Soldiers and Family. 🫡❤️

Our community mourns the loss of Chief Warrant Officer Three Robert M. Marzan, who gave his life in service to our nation. A proud 1989 graduate of Elk Grove High School, he will be remembered for his courage and sacrifice. We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and fellow service members as we honor his life and service.

In honor of Chief Warrant Officer Three Marzan, the City of Elk Grove and Wilton Rancheria Tribal flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on Thursday, March 12.

Enjoyed spending the morning with students at Pinkerton Middle School for Career Day.
We talked about public service, community leadership, and the many career paths available to them in the future. Always great connecting with the next generation of leaders.

Grateful to spend the day helping the Elk Grove Food Bank distribute turkeys to families for Thanksgiving. Our community is stronger when we support one another. Wishing everyone a warm and safe holiday.

I had the pleasure of celebrating our Blue Ribbon students and their excellence in education. When I asked one student their favorite subject, they proudly said ‘math.’ I told them mine was ‘PE’ — and moments like that remind me we have a bright, promising future ahead

Proud to be in Elk Grove this morning as we helped distribute 1,700 turkeys to families in our community. Grateful for the volunteers, partners, and residents who make events like this possible. Together, we’re making sure every family can celebrate with dignity and plenty. 🦃❤️
