Today marks the successful conclusion of the Nyungne Fasting Retreat 2026, held from May 30 – June 1, 2026.

After days of prayer, fasting, silence, discipline, and deep spiritual reflection, we conclude this sacred retreat with profound gratitude and joy. Every prayer recited, every act of devotion, and every moment of self-discipline has been a meaningful step toward cultivating compassion, purifying negative karma, and nurturing inner peace.
