Dear Baby Jesus,
I made this sign for no kings, but it became a vision board. I’m so proud of our group of dedicated volunteers who showed up and put in the work. We knocked on doors in Ennis, we put out signs, we attended community events, wore our shirts and buttons with pride. We encouraged people to vote and we hope we gave them hope! So on this eve of early voting, my prayer is that with every bag of literature we dropped, that it has a ripple effect and will reach more voters. I don’t have to tell YOU how important this election is but I am praying for a blue wave. I pray that people will vote blue all the way down the ballot. I pray that people choose kindness, education, affordable healthcare, tolerance, diversity, peace…a better future for us all.
No matter what, I’m going to bed hopeful and also proud of everyone that has supported our group, liked a post, left an encouraging comment (even the ones that were rude only helped us reach more voters). And I want thank those who stand with us as we win every race in this election. May we turn out in record numbers.
Thank you 🙏💙🫶
Amen

Nothing feels better than Fall weather and a new Governor! Last week a few of our group members joined Navarro Democrats in Corsicana to greet Rep. Gina Hinojosa while she was in town for an engagement about data center concerns. Gina wanted to thank all of the hardworking volunteers and stopped by in person. We were happy to be included in the joy! BTW…Early Voting begins Monday, October 19th! Make a plan to vote and we encourage you to vote early if possible. 💙🌊
