NOW OPEN: Erie's Newest Hotel is now open at Harbor Place! The Hampton Inn & Suites offers 94 guest rooms, with 32 studio-style suites. Enjoy stunning views of nearby Presque Isle Bay. The hotel is just steps away from Erie's Maritime Museum and the US Brig Niagara. The crowning jewel of the hotel will be Oliver's Rooftop restaurant, perched 8 stories above the bay. Oliver's Rooftop is expected to open in October 2020.

Construction is nearing completion on our new Hampton Inn & Suites hotel, which will feature a stunning rooftop bar and event space, Oliver's.
“I would say this is a very special project that we are spending a ton of time on, making sure it’s done right,” explains Nick Scott Jr., Vice-President of Scott Enterprises. “We realize this is an opportunity for Erie to really shine. It’s not only important for our company but it’s important for the city we all grew up in. This is very special to my father and our mom. This is part of a bigger picture”

Yesterday, representatives & investors from around the nation visited Harbor Place, a mixed-use development currently under construction along Erie's Bayfront. The tours included a visit to the future site of a Hampton Inn & Suites, which will feature a stunning rooftop bar and event space.
These guests were attending the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership's Erie Homecoming Event which has been spotlighting the endless growth, opportunity and potential that Erie, PA has to offer.

Construction work is progressing! Phase one of Harbor Place is set to be completed in January 2020. This includes our 8-story hotel, Hampton Inn and Suites, and will include a rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking Presque Isle Bay.
Harbor Place Project Progressing Quickly on Erie's Bayfront Erie city council is set to pass an ordinance, to provide $5 Million in state funding to the Harbor Place Hotel project on Erie's Bayfront.

Scott Enterprises is in the first phase of developing the new Harbor Place by the Blasco Library. The goal is to create retail, office, and living spaces in addition to another hotel and restaurants. Scott Enterprises is hoping to boost tourism in the area with this development.
Phase One includes building the hotel with new studio suites and Erie's first rooftop restaurant, bar, and lounge.
Work continues to develop Harbor Place on Erie's Bayfront The new Hampton Inn and Suites is taking shape on the Bayfront.
