What a great time we had today going all out in support of the Far Rockaway’s Breast Cancer Walk. Thank you Lisa M George and Annie Mohan for your commitment of time and energy devoted to ensuring the organized success of this walk, now in its 8th year. Each year our Striders increase in numbers and we are so grateful for all who made the effort to walk, to donate, sponsor and provide encouragement and support. Thank you to our elected officials and fellow Community partners Episcopal Health Services, Joseph P Addabbo FHC, Queens Defenders, Edgemere Alliance, and our local businesses. Team work makes the dreamwork!! We look forward to cheering you on again at Beach 59th Street Playground on the Boardwalk next year!!! The fight continues!!
