We are so thankful for Toast!!!! Look at the wonderful creations they make! So fresh off a Crawford Co farm!!

BLUE & MOO Sandwich:
Herlocker Farms Serloin Steak, Garlic Blue Cheese Sauce, Grilled Onions & Arugula on Butter Grilled Sourdough 🐄 🥪

We hear y'all like steak around here. Admittedly we are personally not big steak eaters. Not that we won't eat a steak, just that we grew up eating steak too much (crazy, right?!). Sounds wild but growing up on a farm it'll be like that. So, we don't seek it out. However, quality beef is hard to pass up.

Since we buy whole or half calves from Herlocker Farms and it's just too nice of beef to turn all of it into ground chuck- we came up with this delicious sandwich. It reminds us of a sandwich we used to get in Joplin a long time ago. We think we did it justice. Let us know what you think! No joke. Of all the revolving specials we do, the Steak Tip Pita is literally one of the best things we make. Packed with Mediterranean seasoned steak tips that we harvest from local beef, at Herlocker Farms, house made tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives & onion on a delicious, toasted pita bread. It’s a wonderful combination of flavors and textures. It’s a perfect lunch.
