To the men and women I have the honor of leading,
Every time I stand before you, I’m reminded of the extraordinary commitment, courage, and discipline that each of you brings to the mission. You wear the uniform not just as a duty, but as a promise, to protect, to serve, and to never back down when our nation calls.
I see the sacrifices you make, the long days, the missed moments with family, the physical and mental demands you carry without complaint. I see your loyalty, your focus, and your unwavering dedication. And I want you to know this, it does not go unnoticed.
You are the reason this force is strong.
You are the reason missions succeed.
And you are the reason I am proud to wear this uniform every single day.
Leadership is not about standing above; it's about standing with. And I stand with all of you, shoulder to shoulder, committed to our mission, to each other, and to the values we swore to uphold.
Let’s continue to lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and show the world what excellence looks like.
