And as that work continues, 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆’𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽.

We are searching for a 1954 Moton yearbook or another copy of the Class of 1954 composite that can serve as a clearer reference. Every face and every name matters. We want to get this right.

𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝟭𝟵𝟱𝟰 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟵𝟱𝟰 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲?

You do NOT have to give it up.
Bring it by the museum. We can scan it, and you can take your treasured copy right back home. If you would like to loan or donate a copy, we would be grateful for that as well.

And if you don’t have one, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁. Ask your family.

Same-s*x marriage is already legal... so why is marriage equality on Virginia’s ballot? Virginia’s Constitution still contains language defining marriage as only between one man and one woman. This November, voters will decide whether to remove that language and recognize lawful marriages equally regardless of s*x, gender or race.
