Monday Sept 21 Fire District Board Meeting

09/16/2026

We want to share a fundraiser with our community. A local volunteer firefighter, Christina Corsa from Stevensville Fire Department just lost her husband, Don Waters. She’s now facing the heartbreaking loss all while managing funeral costs, household bills, and taking time off work to grieve. Please consider giving to our neighbor. Even a quick share can help this reach more people who might be able to support her during this difficult time. We are grateful for all the times Christina has shown up to help others. Let's rally behind her in her time of need.

Thank you!

Before you light your pile:
✔️ Make sure to obtain and activate a new or existing burn permit. Burn permits are available at https://app.egovmt.com/burnpermit/
✔️ Don't burn during windy conditions.
✔️ Clear 10-15 feet of space around your pile.
✔️ Keep the fire small.
✔️ Have water and a shovel nearby.
✔️ Never leave the burn unattended.
✔️ Stay with the fire until it's DEAD out and cold to the touch.
✔️ After the burn, continue to go back and check the pile for any heat. Extinguish any heat you find.
